Shannon & District Community Radio Programmes are broadcast every Saturday on 88.1 FM and over the internet. All times are Shannon local time.

Broadcasting Restrictions
The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland restrict the broadcast hours of stations on a 'pilot' licence. We are limited to 30 x 24hour days per calendar year on-air, and must remain off the air for the remaining 335 days.

14:00 Cultures & Customs - Hosted by Tony McMahon this programme looks at our cultures and customs with a regular panel and weekly guests.

15:00 Back To Basics - A weekly look at recession busting ideas with Heater Halton, Clare McCracken & Barbara Mulcahy. The weekly compilation is here.

15:30 - SportsNet - Our sports crew round up all the local sports and with the aid of his panel and regular contributors puts some shape on the sports week. Presented by Paul Horan & his Team.

17:00 - The Pioneers - Our highly successful programme where one of Shannon's pioneers is interviewed by Brendan Healy. We hear their story and listen to some of their favourite music.
